With a household iron:

Step 1: peal off backing paper, and position on fabric;

Step 2: cover with a piece of clean dry cloth, and heat press with the household iron (cotton mode, no steam for around 3 minutes);

Step 3: after cool, remove cloth and peel off position film gently and slowly. All is done.

With a heat press machine:

Step 1: peal off backing paper, and position on fabric;

Step 2: heat press with heat press machine (temp. 165°C for 30s);

Step 3: after cool, peel off postion film gently and slowly. All is done.
